• Our G4 Max sensor yields an effective wireless range of 150 ft (open air). Requiring one (1) AAA battery (not included), each sensor is factory pre-programmed with a unique 20-bit address/ID (1,000,000+ possible IDs). Foam mounting tape and screws are supplied.

• • GEN4 sensors are not compatible with GEN1 or GEN2 devices. The product variations are not cross-compatible as they operate on different radio frequencies. Therefore, a GEN2 controller will not accept a GEN4 sensor. Nor will a GEN4 controller recognize a GEN2 sensor.

  • RF range values are based on ideal conditions in open space. Actual results will vary for each installation. In general, wireless signals can be diminished or impeded by RF interference, concrete walls, large appliances, etc.
