Description
The
Remote Camera System (RCS) is a remotely operated digital camera system.
Enclosed in a weatherproof, high-impact glass dome housing, the RCS is
suitable for a variety of applications including security, inspection,
robotics, research, etc. This system consists of the following
components:
Miniature
digital camera, 1.3 mega-pixels
Weatherproof
dome housing with metal base
Hand-held
remote control with power switch, capture button, and LED
9V battery
powers the remote control unit
Durable
attaching cable with protective PVC exterior
The enclosed
digital camera has the following features:

battery-backed SDRAM
Rechargeable
Lithium battery
Bi-color
LED indicator (red / green)
USB
mass-storage interface
The RCS
is easy to operate - just power on the remote control and press/release
the red capture button. The camera will capture and store images
to its internal memory, sounding an audible "beep" with each capture.
When
ready, upload images to the PC (Windows XP recommended) using USB cable
